Limited Warranty Statement / Product Warranties List / RMA Form

No Hassle Warranty:
In the event that our product fails within it's warranty period, the customer may return it for repair or replacement. Non-defective returns, if allowed, must be approved by a SoundOff Signal staff prior to return. Non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of at least 20%. Product Warranties List :
Please review this list if you are unsure of the warranty period for your product. This is an updated, current list of active products. If you do not see your product listed it may be a discontinued product. We will still honor the warranty for discontinued products, please call our Technical Services Department at 1.800.338.7337 (press #4) and they can look up the warranty period for you. You will still need an RMA Number and completed RMA Form as detailed below.

Returns Procedure & RMA Form:
You will need 1) an RMA (return merchandise authorization) Number, 2) a completed RMA Form and 3) a copy of your dated proof of purchase before you can return any product. An RMA Number can be obtained by calling your sales associate, customer service representative or a Technical Services technician at 1.800.338.7337. Each RMA Number is good for one shipment (multiple items accepted) and will expire 10 days after the date it was issued. The new RMA form can be filled in electronically and you can now save a copy of the digital file for your records. After you receive your RMA Number, fill out the RMA Form and enclose a copy of your dated proof of purchase and return it with your product(s) to:
