We know that a simple and efficient product return process is an important element of great service. For products that fall within our return policy, we have created a process to make returns as convenient as possible.Returns Procedure & RMA Form:
When returning a product to SoundOff Signal, you are required to provide:
1) RMA Number
2) Completed RMA Form
3) A copy of your dated proof of purchase.
Your RMA number can be obtained by calling the Technical Services Department at 1.800.338.7337 or by emailing your return product list or completed RMA form to: email@example.com. Each RMA number is limited to a single shipment (multiple items are accepted) and will expire 10 days after the date it was issued. The new RMA form can be completed electronically. You should maintain a digital copy for your records.
Note: SoundOff Signal is not obligated to permit a customer to return a nondefective product. If SoundOff Signal does, in its sole discretion, permit such a return, then the return will be subject to a restocking fee of at least 20%, as determined by SoundOff Signal.
After you have received a RMA Number, complete the RMA Form and enclose a copy of your dated proof of purchase and return it with your product(s) to:
