Hilux is a rapidly growing West Michigan business focusing on the development and manufacture of LED-based lighting solutions for the General Lighting market. As a subsidiary of SoundOff Signal, Hilux leverages our parent company’s years of LED-based vehicle lighting experience to assist our general lighting customers in developing application-specific lighting designs. Vice President of Operations
As a Vice President of Operations, you will have a leading role in all of our business units in the areas of:

1. Materials; global supply chain management; ERP and Lean efficiencies; manufacturing; quality; and technical services, as well as building and maintaining key partner relationships. 
2. Other responsibilities will include: Define and implement ongoing strategies to meet annual performance goals for inventory, delivery, and quality.

Requirements:

1. 10 years minimum experience in senior level management in a product development and manufacturing environment.
2. Advanced degree with at least 10 years experience in materials.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities.
4. Product development and project management expertise.
5. Good understanding of ERP systems
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, high energy growth environment.
7. Leadership and team-building abilities are necessary.
8. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills a must.
9. Up to 30% travel required.
10. Ability to speak and understand Mandarin is beneficial.
